Anne Marie Schubert is the former Elected District Attorney of Sacramento County, California. Anne Marie was a career prosecutor for over 32 years where she prosecuted some of California's most violent criminals. She is a nationally recognized expert in the use of DNA to identify the guilty and exonerate the innocent. She was the lead prosecutor in the Golden State Killer case.

Kent Scheidegger has served as CJLF’s Legal Director and General Counsel for over three decades, arguing cases at every level of the federal and state court systems. He is one of the most experienced appellate advocates in criminal justice law, having authored hundreds of amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court and appellate courts nationwide.
