Noah Cuatro

On May 24, 2019, four-year-old Noah Cuatro was rushed to a hospital after becoming unresponsive. His mother initially claimed he had drowned in a swimming pool. Investigators quickly discovered that Noah's death was not an accident.

Evidence revealed that Noah had endured months of horrific abuse, torture, starvation, and neglect at the hands of his mother, her boyfriend, and other family members. Prosecutors alleged that Noah was routinely beaten, deprived of food, and subjected to escalating violence before his death.

One of the most disturbing allegations was that Noah had been forced to exercise excessively and was denied adequate food as a form of punishment. Medical evidence showed severe injuries and signs of prolonged abuse inconsistent with an accidental drowning.
